Wellbeing day | Birmingham

Our free-of-charge wellbeing day will be an opportunity for bereaved families to connect with one another, have fun and relax. A range of activities will be offered, suitable for both adults and children, including fun family games, (organised by Sport Birmingham), creative dance and arts and crafts. There will also be an opportunity to enjoy mindfulness and relaxation activities.

Families will also be able to learn more about Child Bereavement UK and other support services that are available in Birmingham.

This event is suitable for parents bereaved of a child, parents supporting a bereaved child, and bereaved children and young people (accompanied by an adult).

Date: Thursday 7 August, 11.30am to 3.30pm

Venue: St Germain’s Church, City Rd, Birmingham B17 8LE
St Germain’s is on the route for the following buses 11,12 and 13.

Refreshments will be provided including halal options.
